Buying from the AAA Online Catalogue
For various reasons, there's always the risk of your item is not being
available anymore. Before adding the item to the "shopping
trolley", we suggest to check availability and ask for more details
by directly phoning either Melford Antiques Warehouse on 01787
379 638 for all items with reference number beginning with "E"
or Harwich Antiques Centre on 01255 554719 for all
items with reference number beginning with "H".
In due case, please add the item to your shopping trolley complete your order either online or by one of the other methods available to you.
Please contact us if you want to view items prior purchase in Long Melford (reference numbers beginning with E), Harwich (reference numbers beginning with H) or in Clare (reference numbers beginning with C)
Payment by cheques or bankers drafts only; please do not send cash.
Cheques should be crossed and made payable to MAW and endorsed with
the respective reference no(s).
Please allow a minimum of 4 working days after payment has been received, before goods are available for delivery or collection.
Please call to confirm a cheque or payment has cleared before arriving to collect goods at one of the centres.

Selling in the AAA Online Catalogue
Advertise items in the catalogue for as little as £9.99 per month for five items. There are packages to suit - just click "Trading" whilst you are browsing to view or select your package.
E-mail us your images (350 x 300 pixels (preferably) in .jpg format) with descriptions (max. 30 words) Pay your monthly fee by credit card in advance via the Trading section of the Antiques Access Agency site.
Please complete the e-mail form provided for each item you wish to sell online. Include on the form your order reference number from once you have completed the Trading section on the website. We will then place the images & descriptions with your telephone number/e-mail address for one month in our Private Salesroom. Please allow up to twenty four hours for us to rebuild the catalogue.
Contact us for your special requirements such as large quantities or very expensive/special items.
We inform you of orders by email. We will confirm that we have received cleared funds from the purchaser. You should then ship the item to the purchaser via the reputable carrier and expense of the buyer. Once the buyer confirms receipt we release the funds to you. If there is any doubt as to receipt, then a confirmed collection note from the seller will be required and investigation including the production of the delivery note from the carrier. The onus is on the buyer to ensure with you that the goods are as advertised or that any claims to authenticity can be validated. This ensures that both parties can be assured of fair play in the buying and selling process. In the event of any dispute the Antiques Access Agency will need to make such investigations as it deems necessary in order to establish the location of any item and the validity of any claim to the monies held by the Antiques Access Agency on behalf of either the buyer or seller.
